All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Store Credit
Returns may be eligible for in-store credit only.

• Unused products may be returned within 14 day of purchase, in original packaging, accompanied by an original purchase receipt.
• Store credit expires 1 year from the date of issue.

Courses

• Courses are non-refundable, unless for a valid medical reason accompanied by a valid doctor’s report.
• eLearning courses that have been activated/started may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Loyalty Points

• Purchases made using Loyalty Points are eligible for in-store credit only, no cash refunds.
• Store credit expires 1 year from the date of issue.
